Neck & Mid Back Pain

With increased use of computers and cell phones, we are seeing an increase in neck and mid back pain in our patients. We can work with you to alleviate symptoms manually while teaching you the best ergonomic set up for your workplace. We will also help you strengthen your postural stabilizing muscles to decrease the change of reoccurring pain.

We also work with patients after car accidents where they often experience whiplash. With gentle manual techniques and specific exercises we can help you start to feel better!

Sometimes because of trauma or repetitive actions we can get pain that originates from our cervical spine (your neck) and radiates down your arm. We will work closely with you and communicate with your doctor to decrease compression on any nerves and help you return to your prior level of function.
